The Story Behind EvAAL
After 17 years conducting assistive technology evaluations, Dr. Kelly Dunn kept running into the same problem: students waited weeks to be seen, evaluators spent hours writing reports by hand, and families received recommendations long after the IEP meeting had already passed.
EvAAL was built to fix that. A fully digital platform that administers research-based subtests, captures real interaction data, and generates a clinical report the moment the last subtest is complete — so evaluators can spend less time on paperwork and more time with students.

EvAAL — Evaluating Adaptive & Assistive Learning — is the first assessment platform designed from the ground up for digital delivery. Meet the Founder
Dr. Kelly Dunn, EdD
Assistive Technology Specialist and AAC Specialist based in San Diego, CA — with over 17 years of experience supporting individuals with diverse disabilities and learning challenges.
Dr. Dunn holds two Master's degrees in Speech Pathology and Education, teaching credentials in Special Education and Multiple Subjects, and a Doctorate in Education specializing in Educational Technology and E-Learning from National University.
